The Process & Timeline

That’s part of the process! Design is a collaboration. If the first draft isn't quite right, we will discuss why and I will refine it. My packages typically include unlimited revisions during the concept stage because my goal is your 100% satisfaction.
Files, Copyright & Technical
Absolutely. Once the final payment is made, you own 100% of the rights to the final design. You can use it for your book, website, merchandise, or anything else without restrictions.
I provide industry-standard files tailored to your needs:
- Print-Ready: High-resolution PDF and CMYK files (for printers).
- Digital Use: JPG and PNG (for social media/web).
- Source Files: Editable AI, PSD, or EPS files (so you have control for the future).
I believe in human creativity first. While I stay updated with the latest tools, I do not rely on AI to generate your final artwork unless specifically requested for a certain style. This ensures your design is unique, copyrightable, and legally safe for trademarking.
Payments & Communication
For direct projects, I typically require a 50% deposit to secure your slot in my schedule, with the remaining 50% due upon project completion and file delivery. I accept bank transfers (for Indonesian clients) and PayPal (for international clients).
Not at all! I have worked with clients from the US, Europe, and Australia via platforms like 99designs for years. I am flexible and responsive. We can communicate via Email, WhatsApp, or Zoom—whatever fits your workflow best.
I specialize in designing the files. However, I can recommend trusted printing vendors or guide you on how to send the files to a printer (like KDP Amazon or your local print shop) to ensure the colors come out perfectly.
